Last Build Update: March 19, 2024 – Update 41: Scions of Ithelia
The Magicka Arcanist class in The Elder Scrolls Online is an excellent choice for PvP: it’s very tanky because of its shield & heal abilities, and you can deal a lot of damage really fast if you execute your rotation right. This post contains a damage-oriented build that can be used in all PvP environments: duels, battlegrounds, and Cyrodiil.
