Last Build Update: January 27, 2025 – Update 44
The Magicka Necromancer class in The Elder Scrolls Online is not the greatest option for PvP at the moment (post Necrom update, so Update 40 and later), but you can still make it work. This post contains a build that is a high burst damage option for the current patch, for all-round purposes (Cyrodiil, battlegrounds, and duels).

Note 1: The scripts for the Ulfsild’s Contingency scribing grimoire are: Flame Damage, Warrior’s Opportunity, Brutality and Sorcery
If you don’t have access to Scribing, replace this skill with Degeneration.
Note 2: The scripts for the Wield Soul scribing grimoire are: Healing, Class Mastery, Vitality
If you don’t have access to Scribing, replace this skill with Resistant Flesh.

– Mundus stone: The Atronach (increased Magicka Recovery)
– Race: Breton
– Attributes: 34 points in Magicka, 30 points in Health
– Curse: Stage 3 Vampire for the Undeath passive skill
– Food: Orzorga’s Smoked Bear Haunch
– Potion: Tri-Stat (Mountain Flower + Columbine + Bugloss)
