Last Build Update: March 11, 2026 – Update 49
The newly reworked Dragonknight class in The Elder Scrolls Online is a great choice for players that want to play a hard-hitting yet tanky character, as well as deal a lot of damage through flame damage-over-time abilities. This post contains hybridized subclassing setups: one for standard PvE content and/or parsing, one for soloing, and a gear section for beginners.

Mundus stone, attributes, and consumables
– Mundus Stone: The Thief (increased Critical Strike Ratings)
– Race: Dark Elf for the best damage results

– Curse: No curse
– Food: Lava Foot Soup-and-Saltrice or Hearty Garlic Corn Chowder for parses, otherwise Braised Rabbit with Spring Vegetables or Artaeum Takeaway Broth depending on how much sustain you need
– Potion: Tri-Stat (Mountain Flower + Columbine + Bugloss) or Heroism (Columbine + Dragon’s Blood + Dragon Rheum)
